What’s a Gravatar, you ask? A gravatar, or Globally Recognized avatar, is quite simply an image that follows you from site to site appearing beside your name when you post on blogs and web forums.
Go here to sign up for a FREE gravatar account. Just use the same email address you used to register on ask the Strawboss, and you will be able to upload an avatar that can be seen here and on all gravatar enabled sites.
